I am here to assist individuals, families, and companies to claim money that is rightfully theirs. In our process we audit local, state, and federal government so that we may find money for people who (for various reasons) have no idea that they have money available. These funds are available in the form of tax deed surplus, mortgage surplus, state funds and a multitude of other forms. We enjoy bringing money to people who would otherwise not be informed, if not for us.
My goal is to help my claimants receive money from tax deed sales, mortgage foreclosure, and state unclaimed funds.
After I retired, I soon found that not having to get up every day to punch the clock was not as easy as I thought it would be. There was only so much yard work to be done, only so much painting that I could do, and relaxing all day was a total non-starter.
After taking inventory of myself I decided to look into different ways that I might be able to help people. I wanted to be of service in a way that would bring positive outcomes to people. I looked at many different ways to help and found that helping people to receive money from surpluses would be an excellent way to go. I found through my research that there are billions of dollars being held by different entities that belong to the average everyday person, of which(unfortunately)that they do not know of. We are here to help everyone that we encounter, because weather they know it or not, when we contact you, there is a distinct possibility that you are in a position to receive funds. We are here to help.
